Youth Involvement
Identifies areas where young people can make a positive contribution to their peer group and community by participating in Troy Youth Assistance sponsored events and by mentoring elementary-age youth at the events.

BECOME A MENTOR:
Mentors Plus

Adult volunteers are matched one-to-one with youth who live in Troy and need a mentor. Each volunteer is asked to spend 2-4 hours a week with the youth.  Adult applicants are screened and trained prior to placement.  Additional support is available from a professional caseworker throughout the match period.
