Troy Youth Assistance is sponsoring Yoga classes for Grades 3-5 and Grades 6-8. Yoga participants will learn techniques which promote relaxation and reduce stress to improve personal performance.
Location: Troy School District Service Center Instructor: Gwen Dickerson, 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor Yoga class dates: March 1, 8, 15, 22, 2023 *Class for GRADES 3-5 meets at 6-6:45pm - see flyer *Class for GRADES 6-8 meets at 7-7:45pm - see flyer $25 registration fee includes all 4 sessions & yoga mat SPACE IS LIMITED! Girls Stand Strong |
Troy Youth Assistance presents GIRLS STAND STRONG, a 4-session virtual workshop for girls in grades 4,5,6. It will focus on teaching important life skills to promote empowerment and combat bullying in a setting which encourages group interaction.

Overcoming Frustration and Anger |
Troy Youth Assistance presents OVERCOMING FRUSTRATION and ANGER, a 4-session workshop for boys in grades 4 and 5. It will focus on teaching positive ways to handle frustration before it turns to anger.
