Troy Youth Assistance provides confidential, short-term, family-centered counseling and referral services for young people (17 years of age or younger) and their families who live or attend school in Troy. Referrals are accepted from schools, police, parents/guardians, and other community sources. Troy Youth Assistance offers the services of a professional caseworker who will assess the needs of each youth/family and may provide counseling services, connect families with available resources, or make appropriate referrals. The referral form may be downloaded, completed, and returned to Troy Youth Assistance via email or mail for review. |
