Girls Stand Strong

Troy Youth Assistance presents GIRLS STAND STRONG, a 4-week program for girls in grades 4,5,6. It will focus on teaching important life skills to promote empowerment and combat bullying in a setting which encourages group interaction. Yo' Kids-Yoga for Kids!TM |

Yo' Kids-Yoga for KidsTM is a fun and relaxing program. Participants will learn techniques which promote relaxation and reduce stress to improve personal performance. Sessions are held at the Troy School District Administration Building Board Room.
